Kelston Dental Care is a long established practice that has been servicing the Kelston community for over 60 years.

We are a caring, friendly practice that offers all aspects of general, quality dentistry at realistic prices.

It is our policy to autoclave handpieces and instruments for each and every patient.

We also have a registered Dental Hygienist / Dental Therapist in the practice. A Dental Hygienist is a qualified dental professional who will help take care of your gums, prevent oral diseases and provide treatment for existing disease, by way of scaling and polishing of teeth to remove any plaque or calculus deposits and surface staining.

What is a General Dentist?
A general dentist is involved in all aspects of dental care and they will refer patients to a specialist dentist for procedures and treatments that are outside of their scope. They educate patients to maintain healthy teeth and gums and diagnose and treat problems of the teeth, gums and mouth. A general dentist performs the majority of dental procedures such as tooth extractions, fillings, creating crowns, bridges and dentures, root canals, teeth whitening, minor orthodontic and minor periodontic work. Dentists can administer anaesthetics, pain relief and antibiotics
